Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At Shopoura, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions for refunds, returns, and cancellations for purchases made on our website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during clearance or sale offers
- Used, altered, or damaged items after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order ID and issue details.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
- Products will be inspected upon receipt.
4. Refund Process
After successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
5. UPI / Online Payment Refunds
For UPI or online payments, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same UPI ID or bank account used for payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by Shopoura.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
